Description:

The Eventuri Turbo Tube Intake Pipe for the Mercedes A35 and A250 models has been developed to provide the turbocharger with significantly less restrictive airflow compared to the factory intake tract.

The internal volume of the cable has been increased and the corrugated, flexible section on the side of the airbox has been completely eliminated. By using a completely rigid pipe along the entire length - from the intake system to the turbocharger - the air flow is smoother, maintaining a more laminar (layered) flow.

To compensate for the movement of the power unit while the engine is running, the Eventuri intake system uses a Floating Tube structure that can move freely inside the airbox.

The shape of the carbon pipe on the turbocharger side has been optimized using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation to reduce turbulence and improve flow characteristics.

The connection to the turbocharger is made using an innovative silicone connector equipped with an internal thermal break that isolates the carbon tube from the hot turbocharger housing, limiting heat transfer.

Numerous connections for the venting system are integrated in a precisely CNC-machined block, which additionally ensures a perfectly smooth internal surface, promoting unobstructed air flow.

Construction:

The Eventuri Turbo Inlet Tube is made of prepreg carbon fiber, which ensures high stiffness, low weight and excellent workmanship. The set is complemented by components designed for maximum performance and manufactured to the highest quality standards.

The intake pipe is designed exclusively for use with the Eventuri intake system.
