The HLS lift system provides increased ground clearance for sports cars and lowered vehicles at the push of a button. This allows safe negotiation of obstacles such as speedbumps, railroad crossings, road works, garages, and underground car parks. Depending on the version, the system can hydraulically lift the front axle or both axles by up to 45 mm, helping to prevent damage to aerodynamic components, underbody protection, or the oil sump.

The lift system is available as a vehicle-specific solution with or without a KW coilover kit, depending on the car model. For vehicles not listed in the KW HLS product range, a universal lift system is also available. The HLS is supplied with hydraulic lines and a hydraulic pump adapted to the vehicle, ensuring all components fit perfectly. The system can be combined with either the original suspension kit or KW coilovers.

The HLS 2 kit is installed on the front axle only, while the HLS 4 allows lifting of the entire vehicle. A hydraulic cylinder is installed between the spring plate and springs of each KW strut, and the hydraulic system does not affect driving dynamics. Each kit includes a control unit connected to the vehicle's on-board electronics, automatically lowering the vehicle to its original level at a certain speed.
