The do88 BigPack combines a performance intercooler with a complete pressure-pipe kit for Volvo S60, V70 and XC70 models. It replaces the components from the turbo outlet to the throttle body.

Intercooler core volume is 13,068 cm³ versus 8,659 cm³ for OEM, making it 51% larger. At a 0.15 bar / 2.18 psi pressure drop, the complete kit measured 272 CFM versus 247 CFM for OEM, a 10% improvement. Under the same conditions, post-intercooler air temperature measured 30°C versus 54°C for OEM.

The intercooler is all aluminium. The 2.5/2.75-inch pressure pipes are made from mandrel-bent aluminium. The silicone hoses use four layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement.

The kit includes: - performance intercooler, - intercooler installation accessories, - 2 pressure pipes, - 4 silicone hoses, - 9 hose clamps.

All installation hardware is included. The manufacturer states that performance gains over the standard components are realised after an engine software tune.
